Christ Ahnsahnghong – Guilty by Association
Christ Ahnsahnghong and the fallacy of guilt by association
Many of the websites that speak negatively about Christ Ahnsahnghong and the World Mission Society Church of God use the same logic, that logic is “guilty by association.” Guilt by association is defined as an inductive informal fallacy, which is also known as a hasty generalization. Pretty much, if it quacks like a duck and walks like a duck, it’s a duck, and anything that comes from that same country, is also a duck! This fallacy is made as an appeal to emotion and is not based on facts.
Some examples of guilt by association are as follows:
- Peter is a criminal. Peter is from California. Therefore, all the people from California are criminals.
- Tom, John, Chris, and Will are all friends of Ray, and they are all corrupt politicians. Tammy is a friend of Ray. Therefore, Tammy is a corrupt politician.
2,000 years ago Jesus was a victim of this fallacy. When Jesus was crucified, He was crucified between two criminals. Although Jesus Himself was not a criminal, I am sure that those who did not know Jesus Christ automatically judged Him and thought of Him as being a criminal as a result of association.
This is the same thing people try to do with the World Mission Society Church of God and Christ Ahnsahnghong. They speak about the Unification Church and Sun Myung Moon, then they say that the World Mission Society Church of God and Christ Ahnsahnghong must be the same since it started in South Korea.
In reality, there are absolutely no similarities in the teachings of the World Mission Society Church of God and the Unification Church. The Unification Church teaches principles that do not come from the Bible, as per their official website:
“Sun Myung Moon studied the Bible and many other religious teachings in order to unravel these mysteries of life and human history.”
The World Mission Society Church of God and the teachings of Christ Ahnsahnghong come strictly from the Bible and nothing else. The Unification Church keeps Sunday service, Christmas and all other teachings that do not come from the Bible. The World Mission Society Church of God keeps the Passover and the Sabbath of the New Covenant just as Jesus taught 2,000 years ago.
So instead of judging by standards of association with other religious groups, why don’t you try to understand Christ like the disciples did 2,000 years ago?
How did the disciples recognize Jesus 2,000 years ago?
John 4:41-42 – “And because of his words many more became believers. They said to the woman, ‘We no longer believe just because of what you said; now we have heard for ourselves, and we know that this man really is the savior of the world.’”
2,000 years ago, the first thing people considered was His teachings. It was because of His teachings that the people believed He was the savior of the world. What was the second thing they considered?
John 1:44-45 – “Philip, like Andrew and Peter, was from the town of Bethsaida. Philip found Nathanael and told him, ‘We have found the one Moses wrote about in the Law, and about whom the prophets also wrote – Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.’”
The second thing the disciples considered was how Jesus fulfilled all the prophecies of the Old Testament. Then it was because of His teachings and the prophecies He fulfilled that the disciples were able to recognize Jesus Christ as the Savior.
In the same way, it is because of what He taught and the prophecies He fulfilled that I believe Christ Ahnsahnghong is the second coming of Christ – not because of what people say about Him or by how popular He is.
From my research, I can confidently say that there are no similarities between the Unification Church and the World Mission Society Church of God.

Definition-hasty generation not base on facts but first glance. Assuming people are the same because they know each other. Jesus was a criminal because he died on a cross just like the robber to his left and to his right. We know that’s not true! WMSCOG is the same church as unification church. Also not true! Please take time to listen and study the teachings of Christ. Believe in the scripture instead of false accusations.

Guilty by association has no hearing on whether on not Church of God can be determined as having anything to do with any other religious organization. Many refuse to know the Bible correctly which is why associating Church of God with another religious group seems to be reasonable but if you look closely at both church understanding what is correct according to the teachings of Christ 2,000 years ago we can see which church is the truth. We can’t just make assumption without having facts to base it on. If you think about the many organizations that exist now can you determine which does right in the eyes of God. Every church can’t be correct in their own teachings. If that was the case then why did God have to come to this earth? Does God teachings not mean anything to us that we just do what we please. God is almighty and has set the standards to which we can see and understand. Church of God is the true church, it is the church established by God. When understanding the prophecies through the bible we can see and understand the church which was establish by God almighty. The Unification church follows no teachings from God. If you ask yourself, if any church doesn’t follow the way in which was established by God can they be those who are saved. If not, what’s the point. Judge correctly.

Christ Ahnsahnghong came from the East as the Bible prophesied it would happen just like Christ was born in Nazareth 2,000 years ago just as the Old Testament prophesied. He came again and appeared in the flesh a second time according to the prophecies in the Bible. If we claim to believe in God, we have to know the teachings of God. If you understand the teachings of Christ Ahnsahnghong, you will see that His teachings are directly from the Bible and that all the prophecies in the Bible point to Him as the Savior in the age of the Holy Spirit. According to more prophecies in the Bible, Second Coming Christ must appear in the last days and restore the lost truths and rebuild the Church of God which was in ruin due to the work of Satan. Everything that Christ Ahnsahnghong has done was done according to the prophecies in the Bible. His teachings are purely from the Bible. Regardless of the claim this article makes, it does not disprove that Christ Ahnsahnghong is the Second Coming Christ who has come from the East….a far-off land.
The establishment of the World Mission Society Church of God in the East, South Korea is another prophecy fulfilment that proves Christ Ahnsahnghong is the Second Coming Christ. People claim to believe in God but fail to understand the will of God in giving them salvation. When Christ came to the earth the first time, the people who were shouting ‘crucify Him’ 2,000 years ago were the same ones who claimed to have believed in God. Are we going to make the same mistakes that they made and reject our Savior? It is impossible to receive salvation if we reject the Savior who has come to give us salvation. The only way you can understand and recognize Christ, the Savior, is through the Bible regardless of what any mere man says. Our example should be just like the Disciples 2,000 years ago who recognized and understood Christ through the Bible and His teachings. We should follow their examples if we are true Christians. We should never follow the example of the Pharisees, the Teachers of Law and all the ones who rejected Christ and failed to receive salvation. Please come for a Bible study at the World Mission Society Church of God and you will truly see that the World Mission Society Church of God keeps all the laws and commands of God in the Bible unlike any other churches.

From the statement, “Guilty by Association” has derived a secondary statement, “I am a product of my environment”. These two statements are judgmental and lazy excuses to pinpoint ones individual cause basted upon its surrounding attributes. Of course as the people of God we must set great examples that will only glorify God, However, we must not be judged because of everyone around us; but judged on whether we keep the commands of God or not.

If we base our opinions off of emotions then we will not be able to see things clearly. The reason why we can believe in Father and Mother is because the Bible is Fact. We can only look to prophesy and nothing else or else we discredit God who wrote that bible and that would only be to our own demise.

This is amazing. If we look at Christ like those that were crucified around Him, we would not recognize God. It is really important that we do not judge Christ Ahnsahnghong and the WMSCOG based on the false churches that have appeared around them, but by the standards of the teachings and Biblical prophecy. Since everything lines up, there is no room for doubt!

Just because different churches come from the same place does not mean they are the same. The same way with everyone who comes from the same country are not the same they have differ looks personalities and culture. People should not judge the church of God or Christ Ahnsanghong off of any other church but truly find the true church by looking at the church’s deeds compared to the bible. The teachings of Christ Ahnsanghong are 100% perfect and come straight from the bible.

Truly all thanks to Elohim God for the truth. Because there are a lot of lost brothers and sisters that really need to let go of man traditions and get out of the Unification Churches. This article really touch me a lot in a way that preaching is the most amazing thing for us who know about the truth. Because history really repeats itself. because the same thing people did to Jesus Christ 2,000 years ago is the same thing they’re doing to Second Coming Christ Ahnsahnghong. Only if everyone can come to a realization and really study the prophecies in the Bible and understand that it is the only way you can come to understand Gods’ admistration work for our salvation. Plus stop coming to a negative conclusion and judging before understanding the full story about our true God almighty. ( Heavenly Father & Mother) only through the prophecies we will come to see God and have Faith in them and truly we can go back to our true Home HEAVEN!!!

Everywhere around the world there are many different religions and are based of things that are not in the bible and still follow Catholic teaching by keeping Sunday worship be we don’t call everyone who keeps Sunday Worship Catholics. WMSCOG is the only church that was Established by God according to bible Prophesies and is not a religion. Through what God commanded to keep you can see the actions God is happy with. So if people want to go with rumors then it’s sad not to even give yourself the chance to see for yourself through the bible about Christ Ahnsahnghong.

The way we can learn about the truth of 2nd Coming Christ Ahnsahnghong and Heavenly Mother Jerusalem is to appear at the church for a bible study or a service, then all of your questions can be answered one after another. There is not a single question that the church itself cannot answer because everything is revealed through the bible (Matthew 13:10). God has given to his people all the mysteries of the bible for the salvation of our souls (1Pe 1:8). The way we can learn if whether or not the World Mission Society Church of God is the true church is see if whether or not it fulfills prophecies written in the bible, and there is no doubt at all that it is only the Church of God that has fulfilled all things in the bible just as God has promised. Lets believe in Christ Ahnsahnghong and Heavenly Mother who have come as the last saviors according to bible prophecy (Rev 22:17).

So many people misuse the phrases “you are the company you keep” and “birds of a feather flock together” when it comes to the World Mission Society Church of God. The only thing that The World Mission Society Church Of God has in common with Unification Church and Sun Myung Moon is that they all started in South Korea. Yes the WMSCOG started in the east but instead of grouping all Korean churches together, we should look at each church as a whole.
The phrases “you are the company you keep” and “birds of a feather flock together” mean similar people tend to associate with each other. When people have similar behavior or morals they tend to group with one another. These phrases can be used to view the World Mission Society Church Of God as a whole. Members of the church are nationally known for their great volunteer work. The WMSCOG was awarded The President’s Volunteer Service Award because of their great efforts to help in the community not only in America but in all nations around the world. After the earthquake Nepal faced, members of the World Mission Society Church Of God did as much as they could to help relieve those who were effected by the earthquake.
Comparing the WMSCOG with Korean churches makes no sense because they share nothing in common. Proverbs 13:20 “He who walks with wise men will be wise …” Look at the WMSCOG and its members to judge as a group.

Thank heavenly Father and Mother for their absolute word of truth. As we can see a lot of decisions are made off of assumptions which are opinions not facts which can cause life changing outcomes. One amazing gift God has given us all is the gift of having our own mind so let’s put them to use and not become like those that assume because of the present surroundings because we never know the details which are the facts and we could miss out on life changing blessings.

Truly, the only way to know God is to study the bible. By the teachings and prophecies Christ Ahnsahnghong fulfilled it is easy to see that he is the second Christ we have been waiting for.

TFM for the truth of the New Covenant, the grace and mercy they have bestowed upon their children in these last days. It is truly a gift to be able to recognize the truth from the falsehood, please come to the WMSCOG and share in the blessings we have received. We should learn the teachings of Christ Ahnsahnghong from those who faithfully follow his teachings at the WMSCOG, and then we would not foolishly categorize them with the Unification Church. We should understand with an open heart all the prophecies in the bible that Christ Ahnsahnghong has fulfilled, knowing that these things could only be done by God. Then we would see the glory of God through his word and understand that Sun Myung Moon’s teachings do not in any way reflect the word of God or the WMSCOG although they share the same geographical location. I believe in Christ Ahnsahnhgong because he has brought the word of God to life and given us life through his word as he promised years ago through thru Prophets.
