Is the Idea of “Mother God” delusional?
Christ Ahnsahnghong believed the idea of a “Mother God” to be delusional
Christ Ahnsahnghong did not believe the idea of “Mother God” to be delusional; He believed a woman named Um Soo In was delusional. People try to use Christ Ahnsahnghong’s book, “The New Jerusalem and the Bride: Interpretation on Women’s Veil,” (published in October 1983) as a source to imply that He said, Mother God does not exist. However, those who make such a claim are unaware of the whole truth behind the story.
Christ Ahnsahnghong is the author of the above-mentioned book, but the people who speak against the existence of Heavenly Mother quoting that book are only using fragments of its content. With only pieces of the story, they omit the full interpretation of why the book was written and make out of context references. As a result, they misrepresent the book’s purpose, distort the teachings of Christ Ahnsahnghong and mislead those who are unfamiliar with the World Mission Society Church of God.

A similar situation happened to Jesus Christ 2,000 years ago. Let me explain:
Matthew 16:20 – “Then he warned his disciples not to tell anyone that he was the Christ.”
Then, should we never let the world know that Jesus is the Christ? Do you think it is acceptable to teach people that we must not testify that Jesus is the Christ; would you quote that verse and then insist that is the will of Jesus? No way! A little after saying that, Jesus asked His disciples to be His witnesses in Samaria and to the ends of the earth:
Acts 1:8 – “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
Do you think the disciples told Jesus: “No, Jesus, you told us at one point not to tell anyone you are the Christ, so we are not going to testify to Samaria nor the ends of the earth.” How silly would that be? Let’s see another example:
On one occasion Jesus called Apostle Peter “Satan!”
Matthew 16:23 – “Jesus turned and said to Peter, ‘Get behind me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to me; you do not have in mind the things of God, but the things of men.’”
Logically, since Jesus called Peter “Satan,” we should never trust Peter nor his words, using Matthew 16:23 as hard evidence. However, did Jesus really mean Peter was Satan when He said those words? Of course not! Why? Well, because later Jesus told Peter to take care of His sheep.
John 21:15-17 – “…The third time he said to him, ‘Simon son of John, do you love me?’ Peter was hurt because Jesus asked him the third time, ‘Do you love me?’ He said, ‘Lord, you know all things; you know that I love you.’ Jesus said, ‘Feed my sheep…’”
Some churches consider that Apostle Peter is Satan because of the verse in Matthew 16. If we think like that, we oppose the will of Jesus Christ who appointed Peter to feed His sheep.
Now with these examples, we can understand the situation with Christ Ahnsahnghong and His book, “The New Jerusalem and the Bride: Interpretation on Women’s Veil.” We must understand that these words of Christ Ahnsahnghong were written under special circumstances and it is because of those special circumstances that the book’s content diverges from His teachings published in a later book.

The word of God can never contradict itself, it is only the teachings of man and churches made by mans will that contradict themselves due their ignorance of the truth and what is good and evil in the eyes of God.
Since Christ Ahnsahnghong is God He can never contradict Himself, all it takes is to look at the big picture and one can clearly see that not only is Gid real, but that He has already come to the earth.
It seems many are afraid of this fact, still wanting to live on this earth chasing after vain dreams and desires. They will try any excuse to help themselves believe they still have time before the end comes so they can continue doing what they know is wrong.
Rather than accept that the truth that is far more valuable than anything else in the world.
This excuse is yet again another lame excuse of an excuse made on behalf of slanderers. I truly hope and pray the world opens their eyes and realize the fact that this is world is vain and temporary and for a reason
At some point and time we have to stand before God. Let’s do our best to stand before God fully confident is saying we did our best to know you and please you.
And that starts with the WMSCOG who keeps the commandments of God. We cannot know God with Their commandments.
Isn’t it strange that churches who know the sabbath day but still keep Sunday worship insist it doesn’t matter. Why don’t they keep the sabbath day then if it doesn’t matter?
If it’s not broken you can’t fix it. This is merely another excuse to lead people astray. Please open your heart and mind and see the facts. They will lead you to the truth.
We have a Heavenly Mother as well as a Heavenly Father. Whom we owe our lives to.

People who use this book as a reason to deny the existence of God the Mother show they are close minded and fault finders. If they read even the preface they would see the purpose of the book. Christ Ahnsahnghong wrote this book to expose the false bride Um Soo In; it doesn’t mean there is no bride at all. Even the bible testifies there is! Unfortunately because of their close-mindedness, people are failing to receive the Saviors of this age. That’s why we should never believe the rumors we hear, but rather go to the source to get the proper explanation.

I agree with Azzy!! God the Mother has made more sense than anything else I’ve ever seen about in the Bible. How can there be a Family without a Mother? It’s impossible. God the Mother is definitely our God. Thank you for this awesome article!!!!

Let’s say if in a wedding A fake bride walks in the Isle with a veil and a wedding dress , wouldn’t the bridegroom be the only one who can distinguish her? Of course, he’s the only one who lifts the veil. Now the bible describes the heavenly wedding banquet in the book of Matthew and revelation, the bridegroom is the Lamb , and through the prophecies we learn Christ Ahnsahnghong is the Lamb , the bridegroom , and the Bride is Heavenly Mother . Then just like the example above only the bridegroom will be able to tell who is His real bride and also who is not. That is exactly what Christ Ahnsahnghong did, exposed that the idea of Um Soo In being God the Mother was delusional, but the book doesn’t mean there’s no God the Mother. We should understand the intention of the message in this book rather than taking words out of context. God the Mother truly exist based on the Bible.

Christ Ahnsahnghong revealed all the mysteries hidden in the bible, and if you want to understand about them I encourage you come study. As you come to study the bible you can see 66 Books of the bible show the existence of our Heavenly Mother. (Gensis – Revelations) the evidence is so clear. (Ecc 3:1 – There’s a time for everything!) This includes when Heavenly Mother is to be revealed (Rev 19:7), as you come to study at the Church of God you can see why bible prophecies so you can discern for yourself, so don’t base your salvation by what you think people feel and opinions but find out the truth for yourself. God knew you weren’t going to believe what you hear that’s why God put prophecy in the bible because guess what! He’s the only one that can fulfill them.

Only the author of a book can know the point of the book. Father Ahnsanhghong is the author of, “The New Jerusalem and the Bride: Interpretation on Women’s Veil”, so He is the only One who can and should interpet the meaning and who the Bride is. People look for any reason to discredit something they do not understand or believe. They lack knowledge on the subject, so its impossible for them to understand.
Heavenly Mother, whom our Father allowed us to know, is the Bride who was to come in these last days according to the Bible. People don’t beleive the Bible, so its impossible to believe in the One the Bible prophesied about.Only those who believe in Bible will be able to see Mother for who She truely is… GOD!!!

Before I begin, lets take a look at the definition of delusional: one who is mislead or deceived. I don’t think there is anyone on this planet who thinks that Om Soo In is Mother God. But if there is such a person you would find his picture in the dictionary next to the word delusional. However, thanks be to our God Father Ahnsahnghong for opening our eyes, unstopping our ears, and penetrating our hearts of stone. Even a trillion thank you’s is not enough. Thank you Father Ahnsahnghong for leaving so much evidence that leads to our real Mother, our Heavenly Mother. We are living proof that the blind see, the deaf hear, and the hearts of stone understand and follow our true Mother, our Heavenly Mother, New Jerusalem. The bride has made herself ready and along with the Spirit gives us the free gift of the water of life. All praise, glory, and honor be to our Heavenly Father and Heavenly Mother forever and ever!

Wow this is very true. Christ Ahnsahnghong was thinking about our salvation when he wrote that book. He spoke the same way 2,000 years ago in the name of Jesus Christ. If Jesus had only mentioned that Peter was satan without later telling him to feed his sheep “not literal sheep” and entrusting him with the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven and the mission to continue to build the Church of God we would fall under confusion. However, we can clearly see God speaks in the same pattern even till this day.

God the Mother is so clear in the Bible and God has made it obvious to his Children. Romans 1:19 – “They know the truth about God because he has made it obvious to them. Forever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through EVERYTHING God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities-his eternal power and divine nature. So they have no excuse for not knowing God.”
When you look around and see everything God created including plants, insects, animals, human beings they all have something in common. They all have a male image and a female image. God called himself Father to show we have a Mother. The invisible quality is the spring of the water of life, the existence of God the Mother. The importance of a physical Mother is to give physical life, but the life our Heavenly Mother gives us is eternal life. Believe in God the Mother because she does exist and the concept of her is not delusion. In fact the one who says that there is no God the Mother is denying that even there physical Mother even exists. I love you so much my Heavenly Mother the Holy City New Jerusalem!!! -
I had someone in my family get the information from a slanderer and showed me about it when I was young in faith, trying to prove to me that Christ Ahnsahnghong did not testify about Mother, but it made no sense to me at all, it is just nonsense! The truth is the truth and all those who cannot see it are blind and I truly have pity on all of them.
Our Father Christ Ahnsahnghong is filled with only love and sacrifice for His children and also for our Heavenly Mother. His whole life was devoted to unveiling the Bride who was hidden since the creation. It was His will to reveal Her identity at the end of His ministry.. She was the treasure hidden in the field. when you give someone a gift do you tell them what’s inside of it before they open it? No, you wait until the appointed time and when they open it they see what is inside. In the same way, Father allowed us to find out about our true Mother at the appointed time, concealing Her existence until then! Our Father and Mother’s plan is so perfect and amazing! It could not be any more clear! I give thanks and praise to Father Ahnsahnghong and Mother New Jerusalem forever and ever! Father and Mother I love You so much I cannot wait to be with You in heaven! 🙂

The Bible clearly teaches us that we have our Heavenly Mother (Gal 4:26) just as we have our Heavenly Father (Mat 6:9). The fact that someone is called a father is a clear indication that he has to have children and children have to have parents and parents are not just fathers. That is the will of God to show us about the family system. Everything that was created has God’s will in it (Rev 4:11). God teaches us that a complete family system consists of a father and children and who else? It absolutely consists of a mother. Without mothers, physical life cannot be given on this earth. It is God’s will. In the same way, without our Heavenly Mother, spiritual life (eternal life) cannot be given. When God says something, we should do our best to understand the will of God behind it. All the works of God take place at an appointed time. There is a time for everything (Ecc 3:1). God reveals God’s plan to us when the time comes, not before. God’s plan of salvation for us is not revealed to us according to our will, understanding, views and opinions. It is done according to God’s prophecy. It is only through the Bible we can understand about God, not through people’s ideas, thoughts, views and opinions. God’s thoughts and ways are not our thoughts and ways (Isaiah 55:8-9).
God gives us the Bible to understand the way to recognize God and that is through the eye of prophecy. The Bible serves as a manual for salvation for us. It is a GPS to the kingdom of heaven. Unless we use the Bible, our GPS to the kingdom of heaven, and understand God’s will through it, it will be impossible for us to make it to our destination which is heaven. All thanks, praise and glory go to our Heavenly Father Christ Ahnsanghong and Heavenly Mother (the Bride, the Wife of the Lamb (Rev 21:9)) for allowing us to know this deep mystery of the Bible. I thank You, Heavenly Father and Heavenly Mother, for allowing us to be the Heavenly children. The Heavenly Family consists of God Father and God Mother and children of God.

Context is so important, Christ Ahnsahnghong covered every avenue to allow us to understand his plan for our salvation and the great will of God. I understand the book may be confusing at first if you do not understand the context or intention behind Christ Ahnsahnghongs words but through asking the Church of God about your questions everything can be answered with perfect logic, and again, the answer is always supported by the bible. I have never felt happier to receive the whole truth and not be left in darkness, Thank You Christ Ahnsahnghong and Heavenly Mother!

It’s so true! The message at the time was to conceal the fact that Jesus is the Christ but if that were the definite message forever why would He say later to preach to the ends of the earth that He is the Christ? Clearly there is a purpose behind God’s words. Sure enough later it was proclaimed that Jesus is the Christ. Obviously Father Ahnsahnghong had a reason for concealing the existence of Mother at the time but it doesn’t take away from God’s ultimate plan to show us Her existence. And so later it was revealed that Our true Mother is here. It’s amazing how the same thing that happened when Jesus was here happened again like that now. It’s because She is the Christ.

First I want to thank Father and Mother for allowing me to post this comment. One thing that I found quite astonishing is that there are actual churches that believe Peter to be Satan because of that one verse in Matthew 16:23. How foolishly do these false churches interpret the bible and lead many astray! We must understand the bible correctly and not follow in such twisted interpretations. Father, was referring to that such woman mentioned above to be “delusional” NOT our actual Mother. We must keep the New Covenant Passover for our spiritual eyes to open to Falsehood. Please come study and keep the New Covenant Passover so that you can have full understanding of the Truth and not follow in such misguided foolish ways.
